Steven Nitsberg, Formerly Health Capital Investors. The Company now goes under the name of Healthcare Receivables Funding, LLC. Steven Nitsberg and his firm Healthcare Receivables Funding entered into an agreement in January 2021 with a start-up medical laboratory to provide funding up to $1.5 million based on factoring the lab's receivables in exchange for a $30,000 fee. An extensive due diligence questionaire was completed by the lab and an Accounts Receivable Report in excess of $1 million was sent to Nitsberg as collateral.

The $30,000 fee was paid to Nitsberg. At that time, the lab expected to receive $519,000 in agreed funding. After receiving the fee, Nitsberg did not provide any funding (0 $), nor did he have the common decency to respond to requests via phone calls, emails or texts as to when of if funding would be provided. Instead, he used delaying tactics to give the impression of moving forward, but the real intent was to create a fraud that would enrich him by $30,000 and leave the medical lab without cash to meet its start-up operational obligations.

Unfortunately, Nitsberg and his firm have done this before to other clients. He has done it to this medical lab and he will do it again unless he is held accountable and stopped. Please, lets use this forum, among others, to finally stop Steven Nitsberg from defrauding future clients.
