Bill should file a complaint with the Illinois State Bar Association. Also, unless the location has changed recently, the headquarters of the American Bar Association is right there in downtown Chicago. Bill should call the ABA for procedural information or for information on how to contact the Illinois Bar to file his complaint about the lawyer. Most bar associations also have websites on the Internet that can steer Bill in the right direction. Don't give up.
