We came to Steven Sears and told him about the death of my father without a trust done. Ask him if he does probate.
Steven Sears had me pay $18000 and he did a living trust for my dead father and advise me to forge his signature and ask one of the homeless people to forge his signature.
We went to another attorney and he said that's fraud and we will call the police as he has his fingerprint on the papper.
we asked for refund Steven Sears refused.
Do not make trust that man.. later we found out that he is a wife beater and have a felony case charged against him filed on the Jamboree Court case #05 S F 1322
We will file a class action lawsuit against that con artist.

The tangled web of lies has encircled steven sears accused of fraud and corruption at the highest office level of the city administration. Not long after one corruption scandal dies down does another corruption scandal enfold. City Officials are dismayed at the hearings that former city attorney steven sears has corrupted the political process to his own group of mesmerized followers who will support his unethical practices for as long as the city coucil allows.
Steven Sears has lined his own pockets with real estate that distressed homeowners have given up for tax debts after losing their property to mortgage lenders in foreclosure. Hundreds of properties refinanced with sub-prime loans sold to the unsupected public have dropped in value so low that steven sears was able to aquire them with his partners (in crime) ex-mafioso using his public office to swindle the public out of milliions in equity.
Probate properties controlled by the guardians of estates and the conservators of the elderly have been liquidated and the funds have been transfered out of trust funds and into the bank accounts of individuals who access the lines of credit with banks that have no idea that the funds are in the hands of forgers and imposters.
Homeless people were recruited to act as straw buyers and refinance properties so the value would be inflated and the banks would lend more than appraised value without a FICo score or any credit reports. Federal Home Loan Bank officials will supeona the loan files of city attorney steven sears and cause the default mortgages to be returned to the rightfull homeowners who should never have been defaulted on in the first place.
