Hired Stevens construction company to do about $4,000 worth of work to my rental property. He was about 3/4 through the job so I paid him in full.Tony Robert Stevens (goes by Tony) seemed like a real nice guy & had done every ask of him to that point. Long story short never finished job. Stopped returning calls & the rest is history. He has different headings in the internet for his company but if you see 619-569-1904 as his number BEWARE!

Check to see if they have a valid contractors lic. if not contact the city DA office, they love to make examples of these types.
