Complaint Review: Steward Ventures National/alamo

rented a car from national/alamo.the car was fine when i took it. when i retured the car the manager of the location checked the car in and signed off.the car was fine when i returned it.i only rented it to have a bigger vehicle for my 2 month old grandson's car seat.they were here visiting from washington state.

now they are claiming i tore up the transmission beyond repair and are suing me for the damages and car out of service charges.this is so bogus.i never did anything to that car.i rented it from the chandler,az. office.
