Complaint Review: Stewart J. Powell

He was hired for multiple cases and he lost terribly all.He is one of the most incompetent lawyer ever had met,he extremely dishonest and mad collusion in many cases and lost of my cases.Some of the cases he lied to take 75 k knowingly there was no case.In another case he told opposing counsel some of our paperwork may be forgery so that way we cant come after him all fraudulent activities he did. He destroyed me lost my medical licence and he got 500k funds that's and never returned any portion to back to me in funds that he took.He has been hired for several cases and he lost all the cases and he never return any back when i fired him last two cases.Each cases he took 100k or 75 k then he failed or fired never return any money back.This guy is total thief,dishonest and lied about almost anything and he lost my medical license only due to incompetencies. In another case he for 100 k then he false information to opposing side and then he dropped the case so we can't never win was total absolutely illegal with any legal terms He and his lawfirm totally con me and destroyed my business.He has boss all talks about racist acts and hatred of others. One case he never informed me that he cant appeal it and he took 50 k and last day of appeal he said he cant appeal and i couldn't get new lawyer and i lost the case.Same way in my licenses case he never did did license case and he took my money and he lost it and destroyed my life my profession and my business. Then he lost medical board cases and he took 75 k and he couldn't pass demurer twice and i got my case back and i did my-myslef but never return any back any at all . He is most dishonest ,most incompetent lawyer ever met and I advise fully that he is total con and stay away from him at any cost he destroyed my business ,my practice and deteriorated my health no human being i ever seen act such fraudulent and incompetent. I wish i never met or never heard met these people and they should be shut down by state bar immediately.Please please stay away from this guy at any cost
