Complaint Review: STOAKE Trucking

Warnning! Warnning! Warnning! Truck drivers in Las Vegas be on guard! Bad players in the trucking biz here-a-bouts! Be wary of scary Gary and Susan syco! DO NOT DRIVE FOR STOAKE Trucking!! You will be sorry you did. They do not put their pay plan in writing because driving for free is not a pay plan. They run two trucks-Gary drives one and they hire a driver to drive the other. They do not give cash advances, so if you get hungry, to bad, starve! Susan syco says they pay 38 cents per mile loaded and empty...but when you get paid ( if you get paid ) theres no sign of the empty, and syco Susan then informs you they don't pay for empty miles! Oh-and-how dare you ask! I was stranded for two weeks up in north Dakota because they ran out of money and credit. I sat at a truck stop in Steele ND for 7 days because there was no money on the fuel card to pay a $130 fuel bill so I could get a shower after being stranded in Montana for 5 days. When they finally got some money to pay for the fuel Syco Susan informs me that I have been eliminated and a new driver had been flown in to bismarck to take over control of the truck because I had asked for payment after being in the truck for 1 month with out any cash advance or payment, Susan stating to me that me getting something to eat  and paying my bills for the last month was not their problem. The new driver that was flown in was kind enough to drive me back to Bismarck so I could get a bus home.(so they flew a driver to Bismarck-$250.-cab ride to Steele-$90. after being broke for two weeks? ) If it was not for my girlfriend transfering money onto my debit card I would have had to beg for money to eat. They owe me $1500. and I haven"t seen a dime of it. They screwed over the new driver even worse and theres information that a 3rd driver is owed money as well.

Syco Susan and scary Gary are scum of the earth lyin steelin thievin trucking CO operators running old worn out tractors and trailers over the road hireing drivers with no intention of paying them. Information on the web states that Gary and Susan have 10 kids between the two of them. So....drivers have to work for free so their kids don't go without?...ah...Yes I care for the kids. However. STAY OFF THE BIG ROAD if you haven't got the money honey. Please here me out here. STOAKE Trucking needs to be run out of biz and off the hwy were they can't hurt anyone else. there are lots of other trucking CO's to work for here in Vegas. this is not one of them. If you respond to thier adds for drivers please remind them to pay the drivers they already owe. Drivers are not free. Syco Susan says" I beg your pardon? I say they are! " Less you think I did something wrong to deserve not getting paid by these two idiots. let me mention I've driven 2 mil mi with no accidents or points ever and have always maintained a clean 3yr-10yr-CSA-scan. I offered them a payment plan and they did not respond to my offer. Clearly syco Susan and scary gary think their being real cute telling me to go FFFF myself for the money they owe me. Susie clearly thinks this is a big joke. Gary, I'm not so sure. The things that come out of his mouth can be truly amazing. Real stupid goofy idiot. The behavior of these two JAG-OFFS is just so indescribable. For all of you drivers-bankers-brokers-shippers-receivers-insurance CO's-sales people repair shops  tire stores DOT who will read this ripoffreport, please,please,please, DON'T do biz with STOAKE Trucking!!! and worn others not to do so as well!!! Broke down on the side of the road and dead broke is where syco susie and scary gary belong. Tow them in and junk them out. Good ridence
