Ordered slippers for both of my nieces on November 30.  Website guaranteed any order placed prior to December 5 would be delivered by Christmas.  I called the company on December 19 and was assured they guaranteed delivery for Christmas, even though my order still read processing.  

My sister called on December 20 and was hung up on.

I called again on Friday, December 23 and was put on hold.  I called back and they had closed the office for the holiday weekend.  

I called on Monday morning, December 26, office was still closed.  I called on Tuesday morning and cancelled the order immediately.  I told the one person they have working in customer service that they should never guarantee a delivery if they had no intention of honoring that guarantee.  She was quite incredulous that I actually wanted to cancel the order completely.  I hope everyone else did, too.
