On November 25th, we ordered two pairs of Stompeez! for our kids, and believed our order would be fulfilled in a timely, expedient manner. We saw the TV commercial on our children's beloved QUBO station, so we had confidence this company had been properly vetted.

As of today, Thursday, December 29th, over one month later, and almost a week past Christmas, not only have we still not received our order, our "Check Order Status" states:

On December 22 we called the customer service line and spoke with a woman who assured us our order would not only be shipped out that day, but that we would most certainly receive the order before December 24. She even said we could call back for a tracking number that evening. Needless to say, there never was a tracking number... and our order is still in Stompeez! purgatory.

Not only have we been certifiably lied to by this company, we still have not received anything from them, and yet they have the audacity to claim that their "out of stock" is back in stock -- although we haven't had our order fulfilled. We are complaining to the BBB as well.

Caveat Emptor -- Let the buyer beware: This is a very deceptive, disappointing company with which to do business.
