Stone Meadow Kennels Inconvenient rude abrupt Mahopac New York
Stone Meadow Kennels is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The kennel allows pick-up from 8:30am to 5:00pm. When asked to make an exception to pick up my dog, the owner, Jonathon Hallett was rude, abrupt and unwilling to make an exception even for 15 minutes. This is no way to conduct business when it involves pets. They charge $28.00 perday, $2.50 for a 10 minute walk and $5.00 for a 20 minute play period. For the prices they charge, Mr. Hallett should be more courteous to the customers.

What "exception" did you think were entitled to?
Maybe you wanted to come late? Maybe they wanted to go home?
Of course, I'm guessing that the "exception" that you were entitled to was to be provided free of charge.
Do you have history of demanding "exceptions"?
By the way, their prices seem quite reasonable!
