Complaint Review: Stone Mountain Toyota Service Department

Took my car to dealer ship for repairs in late may to have services. Picked it up on June 13 car was towed again 4 times for replacement of a distbutor per the dealer same problem that they said I had orginally. Was charged 751.87 the additional 234.00 for car rental and towing. After 4th tow I took my car to another service center only to find out that is was not a problem with the distbutor it was something that had nothing to do with the distbutor the service center charge an additional 571.00 for repairs and my car has been running perfectly every since. I have made many call to corporate and the dealer ship manager Mr. Steve Crane and Mr Robert Ship only to be left with a repair bill paid and no service or customer service satifaction was given. I'm prepared to take this matter all the way to the white house if necessary. Maybe the color of my skin did not agree with them of more so my gender would tell one I know litteral nothing about cars or business and how it should be handled.
