This place is HORRIBLE! The manager is shady and seems nice, but will kick out a person behind ONE month while that tenant is a single mother, and sick in the ICU. A friend of mine, single mother with 3 children almost died and was in ICU due to heart disease, and once out was only one month behind. LISA said she was sorry, but....
My friend came up with money and it was refused since it was 3 days away from NEXT month being due, so LISA refused it and said now she needed next months as well! She was kiched out in 3 days, and her home repossed. 21ST MORTGAGE AND STONEBRIDGE TOGETHER abuse the system in their favor to get money, kick out tenants, and release. My friends home was released in 3 weeks. She now lost the home she was buying and has forcelosure on her record.
BEWARE FO 21ST MORTGAGE AND STONEBRIDGE. I lived there and I almost gave up my home too because they harrass certain tenants over and over and charge fees without notice!!!!! They have certain tenants they favor which have trash in their yard for months, and dogs in thier front porch all day. yet others get wanings for things that arent even true. Like subleasing!!!!
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF AND PAY A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. THIS PLACE SEEM TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE AT FIRST, BECAUSE IT IS!!!! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES.
