It all started at the end of 2017 when I noticed Mr. Stone's wife posted about their new shop. I then took my vehicle there to get it cleaned September of 2017. January of 2018 my vehicle began to run hot and I had Ray Stone put a radiator, thermostat and water pump on the 2005 Buick Rendezvous. The vehicle was still running hot at his shop and while he was attempting to bleed the coolant system for hours, it blew a head gasket right in front of his shop on January 12, 2018. I then asked him to put another engine in my vehicle and in the meantime that is how I received the 2003 Chevrolet Venture with the airbag light on so I would not lose my job. I brought him $900 March 18 which paid for the van and for him to get started on fixing my 2005 Buick Rendezvous. 3 weeks went pass and he hadn't started on my vehicle after telling me it would only take 7 days. It wasn't until April 18, 2018 when Mr. Ray Stone claimed he was finished with my vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was still running hot, the passenger headlight was dim and the driver side headlight was taped. My horn continued to blow randomly and lights were on in my dash that weren't on before. When confronted about the issues, Mr. Stone did not want to provide me with a receipt and called the police and told them he wanted me and my vehicle off the property. After getting the vehicle diagnosed by another mechanic, it turned out the lights and fan issue came from a ground wire Mr. Stone left unconnected, he also messed up the threading in my radiator and clogged it up with some brown substance to cover up his mistake and also left various hoses, clamps and sensors loose. This was devastating to me as the vehicle did not even make it home and I had to pay additional towing fees and labor fees and replace a radiator that he destroyed.
