Stootsi.com Sold Dead Razr v3 Freedom Pennsylvania
My teenage daughter used her birthday money to purchase a gold razr v3 phone from Stootsi.com. She kept checking the UPS tracking number, anxiously awaiting the phone's arrival. It arrived boxed nicely, with charger, manual, battery, BUT we could not get it to work.
We tried a new charger, a different battery, and took it to a cell phone store to be told that it has a software glitch that is what causes the solid white screen. Basically, it's DEAD, and there is no way to fix it.
We looked up the return policy on the stootsi site---email within 3 days, pay to have the phone shipped back, and refunds only. Problem is that no one at stootsi will return our emails, there's no phone number to call, and I can't find one by googling the address in the white pages.
My husband and I warned our daughter about "being taken", but were hopeful that everything would work for her. Alas, it no fun to be right, and we hope that this "lesson" will help her avoid a larger one later, as I don't think the conmen running these sites will change their ways anytime soon.

Sorry you had such a bad experience with your purchase. Please send us an email (it lokos like you already have , and if so please be patient you will receive a response within 1 business day) to rma@stootsi.com to receive an rma to return your merchandise for a refund.
