Complaint Review: Stop And Shop Digital

The worst internet shopping experience I ever had. Was looking for Canon lens and Flash light, placed my order and paid for it. The representative called and asked for order confirmation. Then he said that the lens I ordered was not so good for my camera and offered me a "a better deal" with a new lens and improved Flash which is "brighter" and "faster" I asked if this is a Canon flash and he said yes. It was a lie because I got a cheap "Digital Concepts" flash "for use with Canon" which you can buy for 40-50 bucks on Ebay and the lens came in a plain white box with no warranty or instructions and did not fit my camera. I called back to return my order and a representative, Steve, said that they do not "recognize me as a customer" because I am very "not intelligent". After it he demanded 15% restocking fee or he can send me a new flash for extra payment. It is a total rip-off, stay away from this seller, they are also use different names to cheat on costumers, look for more reports online! Be aware!
Another scammers are 86th Street Photo and Video, be very careful with them. They might be a part of Stop and Shop Digital, practice the same methods. I tried to buy and never received my product
