I ordeered a toy radio controlled excavator from storehouse products for a price reduced from $349.95 to $139.95. It arrived after a long period and one of the parts was broken. The unit they described as being made of the most durable plastics is cheap and poorly put together. I sent multiple requests with the required documentation to storehouse products and never received a reply or an answer at their phone number pertaining to a refund.
