RIPPED OFF BY STORE PULLS. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER.


First , point is the online store Storepulls.com is part time business for Jon.  Second, what I would think would be simple customer service is non existent.  They were good at first but after requesting they return an order of hand sanitizer we ordered for an event, John emailed stated the Purell was out of stock but he could substitute for it. The other items we got were fine and we kept them. The substitute I emailed back was not what we wanted.  What do they do, yep they send it. After emailing then the sent me an RMA and I make a special trip to UPS to return. The item was confimed by UPS to be delievered.  I asked John to verify this, he never returned a call or email after. Apparently, life for him is too busy in Cali to refund money to customers that never recieved what they ordered.  I never recieved the refund amount I was promised. It has been over 5 months and they never refunded my money.
