Complaint Review: Stores On Line

My wife and I attended a internet workshop "Stores on Line" 200 miles from our home, we are an older couple, my wife retired and I, past retirement age but still having ot work a full time job, wanted to find something to suppliment our income, thought this was the answer, after being dazzled and high pressured by one presenter after the other, from 8:30am to 6pm we purchased six web sites, against my gut feeling, for $4,699.00 to be constructed and hosted by them, only after we gave them our check and credit card, did we receive the materials, a lot of which were from 1996, after reading through all the material, we realized we had been HAD.

We have sent emails and have tried to contact them by phone, to get our $$$$$ back, we were assued we had emediate access to their chat and online help for building a web site, this is not true, chat is not avilable after 5pm or weekends, any technical support is a $50.00 per hour charge, buyer be ware!!
