My wife ordered DVDs from this company thinking that they were a genuine boxed set. They arrived and were obviously burned CD-R copies sent in paper liners. Not only is this illegal, but we are giving it as a Christmas gift.
Their website states that their customers are very important to them and they offer a 30-day refund policy. We have not received any response to our e-mail inquiry about returning the DVD's and the phone # provided is apparently disconnected.
We are preparing to dispute the claim with our bank. DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
