Holy Moly Batman! There here! In Arkansas! After reading my promising invite over and over... trying to decide weather I should go or not and who my lucky guest would be... My sister and I registered to attend the Oh so exciting "Making Money on the Internet" Seminar! They were promising me two free meals after the conference and a pretty business organizer! Value $120 bucks! We were due to be there Wed July 13th at noon. I even got a reminder email to be sure to attend and a wonderful purple VIP confirmation ticket by snail mail this morning! The clincher for me to even read the invite in the first place was the Ebay logo at the bottom of the first letter.
Being an Ebay fan in my eyes Ebay can do no wrong This must be legit! But alas it was not to be all because of my sister and her silly questions. To appease her concerns I decided to look up ecomtrainers.com, the only information in the letter giving me an external source. That address led me to a ticket confirmation site and nothing more Hmmmmmm... well then... lets go "ASK JEEVES"! Nothing... ok well lets have a look at "Clint Sanderson" the happy looking man on my invite claiming to be the Vice President! Uh Oh... oh my... this led me to a website in Canada discribing to a Tee my invite but with a different name. So after 3 days of searching I finally found the connection between my invite and all following alias' inetseminar, imergent inc. galaxy enterprises and so on and so on... and not just here... the UK... NewZealand, Canada and the list gets bigger everytime I look. I'm happy to report I'm not going.
They don't get any of my or my sisters hard earned money. The only thing they get from me is a warning to all people in Arkansas... If you got one of these invites... DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFORE YOU GO. Or better yet DON"T GO!! Thank GOD for my sister and her silly questions!!!
