Complaint Review: StoresOnline

I attended the StoresOnline workshop just as many others did. I trusted these people to provide what they were selling. It has been several months now since I attended, yet i am still having trouble getting my 6 web sites up and running. I feel that I was ripped off because they are not providing what they said they would. When I do get assistance with their online help, I am given vague answers to my questions, having me return to their "merchant services." I have one account that has been published, yet I am still unable to find it on the web. anywhere. And I still have not had any orders. They say that you do not have to be computer literate, but that is a lie. You have to work very hard to learn how everything works if you want to be successful at what they claim. Bottom line is that storesonline does not provide the service they claim. Now I'm afraid that I too am just another SUCKER caught in their web! That being the case, I am out $4,449.00, the cost of 6 web sites. David Rainier, Oregon
