StoresOnline, Inc., PMI Coaching, Galaxy Mall STOLE MY MONEY & RIPPED ME OFF W/FRAUDULENT INFO FROM THEIR CON ARTISTS AT THE SEMINAR!!! WANT THE BILLING TO STOP!!!! Orem Utah

During the seminar I was told all about the wonderful things that would come about with putting my lingerie & personal items on a website from my company. I had verification from a representative of Stores Online named Darrius who stated that I could use these items, I even showed him a cataolg. Come to find out that I have had nothing but problems after my agreement in purchasing 6 websites. I have been down for about two months, got locked out of my OWN pre-published site, have had items not download, my order information not figure correctly, my ECI merchant account denied and even CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT not supporting anything I question!!! I have found myself in the position of having to look other places for WEBSITE HELP...which in my opinion is not what was explained at the seminar. I have contacted help@myquickresponse.com with NO QUICK RESPONSE AT ALL, sometimes not even an email acknowledging that my question was received. I felt that after bringing home the websites and working on them for so long it would get easier...WELL TURNS OUT I WAS WRONG!!! I WAS FRAUDULENTLY LED by the Stores Online Seminar and now would like out of my paperwork that I had signed. I AM NOT REQUESTING MONEY, all I am asking is that I return the unused products and my paperwork be TERMINATED with no further money being withdrawn from my checking account. I called Stores Online at the Corporate Office only to talk with a person by the name of Jeremy who had a cocky attitude about my request. I was told that my request was impossible and that I needed to follow the arbitration rules on the back of the paperwork which I asked how to file them. He stated that I would have to send information with "valid reasons why" and to send it to the coporate office. Jeremy in customer service stated that I would need to come to Utah, be present with an attorney and present my case. He stated "that Stores Online would present their case & would win anyway". I stated that it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to leave my work, family and home to rush to some court hearing in Utah for a simple request. He stated that "sorry I can't help you then". I requested to speak to a supervisor after explaining that I did not want money that I had spent out so far but only a cancellation of the paperwork and terms. Jeremy proceeded to state that he is the highest I will get in chain of command and I do not need to speak to anyone else. I requested to speak to another person who would be able to help with my request but he cut me off and stated that he is the only one who handles these "types of issues". I left the phone conversation at the point that I would contact them anyway I knew how to have this whole mess reconciled but he just stated "I could try but I would still have to go to court". I feel this "SO-CALLED COMPANY" is nothing more than a scam, ripoff, uncompliant, unorganized, irresponsible, ignorant and completely DISHONEST company. I am requesting that my paperwork be terminated and no further money be withdrawn from my account since I am not publishing my site with StoresOnline. I would only like to have this reconciled but Nooooooo Stores Online could not step up to the plate. I have already notified the Chamber of Commerce here in Myrtle Beach to alert them of these seminars, informed the BBB of SC of this businees' practice, and I have also written a letter to the local newspaper informing of this scam. I AM ONLY MAKING A SIMPLE REQUEST but I guess this company is not to into anything but SCAMMING people out of their money!!! STAY TUNED... Leanne Murrells Inlet, South Carolina
