Ladies and Gentlemen,

I continue to visit StoresOnline Merchants Forum almost daily. And, this is for those who have filed a rip-off report on Storesonline and any interested party wanting to see proof possitive that Storesonline continues to be a stellar example of sorry, yet even damning customer service.

The poor people here are something like a support group you would find stemming from a Psychiatric Ward or Addiction Treatment Center. They depend on each other for answers that Storesonline should be producing. They tell each other they will be successes one day. They pat each other on the back when they accomplish small feats of website expertise. And, they condemn those of you who have dared to come out of the closets and be counted among the numbers who have been raped finacially by Storesonline. Puts me in mind of a movie I once saw called Ship of Fools. Storesonline was there in a letter that read like a n**i propaganda speech. See it in Complaints, Comments and Praise. I have to laugh, because even there, there are more complaints and problems than praise.

You can easily find the forum's website by typing in StoresOnline Merchants Forum into any major search engine. It isn't an exclusive forum so anyone can join, make comments and post new threads.

This is a worthwhile forum to view if you are trying to develope solid evidence against Storesonline aka iMergent aka PMI aka Galaxy Mall aka Community Architect aka Dynamic Image Generator aka Netgateway aka 50megs (God I am sure there's more). d**n!!! Do you think this company has an identity crisis or problem??? Or, are they just aliases criminals have to hide their true colors?

No sermon here, just reporting the fact...the good, the bad and the ugly.

It looks like the "helpful" forum has been shut down. Just wondering why? Was there too much negative complaints on it or did Storesonline have a part in taking it offline?

As noted by other rebuttals here I too am a regular contributor and frequenter of the Stores Online Merchant Forum.

It is not in my view a place just to complain and vent. It is very much a community of fellow merchants helping fellow merchants and yes comments can range over the full spectrum of the good, the bad and the ugly. The bonding element however is one of a community of fellow merchants helping and sharing issues, concerns, suggestions and solutions. We are fully aware of the service issues with SOL and work to do our part to try and affect change.

On balance there are certainly some support issues but at the same time there is an absolute wealth of good knowledge, information, tools, insights and resource support if one chooses to look for it and use it. As with any field as foreign as the web is to a lot of neophytes who come from non entrepreneurial backgrouds and are not well versed in sound business principles and practices when it comes to operating your own business there are bound to be misunderstandings, false expectations and comprehension issues.

So no the forum is not in my view merely a hitching post for complainers and whiners. It is a place for peole seeking, getting and providing help and support for each other. We mostly recognize the challenges that SOL presents but find the more effective route is usually a positive one and opening lines of communication.

Not everyone always gets it - also unfortunately understandable
