Last summer, StoresOnline made their bogus, deceitful and coarsing presentation at Fort Lauderdale. The catch for me was two-fold: that with limited or no computer skills you could have and manage your business on-line using their software; and that you will have ready coaches and assistance from their staff all the way; including on-line realtime credit card processing if you paid additional $999.

I signed up to 'buy' three sites for $2,500 and have online realtime billing for an additional $999. A month later I read the workshop binder carefully and had my doubts about the whole venture. So, I called StoresOnline requesting a cancellation and refund. The telephone exchange took about 45 minutes with the customer service department and their supervisors. Conclusion: No refunds even though I had not touched or unpacked the bundle they gave me!

Determined not let my money waste, I opened a business account, bought the type of computers they recommended and called StoresOnline for assistance to get started. It was another horrible phone experience that took about 2 hours! They passed me from one person / department to another. Conclusion: I was on my own and would have to pay more money for coaching. About the online billing and processing, nothing was guaranteed. I needed to apply and IF approved I'll pay 150% more than what others charged monthly to receive the service. So I asked each person I spoke with what I paid $3,499.00 dollars for. The bottomline was NOTHING!!!!!

To date I have not touched or unpacked their software and materials, please help me obtain a refund. This is fraud in broad day light!!!! Let's stop it.

I didn't buy their trash. I know there's no fortune waiting for me on the internet.

Hell, that's good, because I'm not the type of person to sit back and forgive and forget.

I figure that they've already cheated another person who thinks just like me.

So, if you're friends with one of these scumbags from storesonline, I'd part company pretty quick. The people who come over to get their money back may not care whether you were part of the actual scam or not. Once they grab the fraud up, everybody goes. Let the devil sort the whole thing out.

Hi Paul,

I have to say I agree with pretty much everything that you have had to say about the lack of morals, ethics, humanity and quality that this Storesonline mob have. The ONLY thing I disagree with you on is the call to violence. It never really solves anything, does it?

Hitler promoted violence, so did Ceaucescu, so did Saddam Hussein, Idi Amin and all the ratbags of the world. Look what they did.

Paul, I know how you feel. I was conned, cheated and lied to by the Storesonline masquerade. It is sickening when you realize that you have been duped right from the start.

It is true that none of the Storesonline cretins have any conscience. I tried valiantly to make the website they sold to me work. All they basically did was call me stupid, ignore me, say that I needed MORE training etc. Heck, the junk site that they sold me wouldn't have worked in an iron lung. It was fatally flawed at birth. But they knew that. Their tactics are only designed to make you feel small and insignificant. They do this to try and protect themselves.

Eventually I spent even more money on another website and now I have the site that I originally believed that I paid for at Storesonline, but did not get. In fact, I have NEVER seen any successful Storesonline sites. I don't believe their are any.

Yes, they are ruining people's lives and destroying people's credit. But they are not alone. Their stinking accomplices run far and wide - eg the useless money sucking "teaching" team who will ring you up wanting even more money, the merchant jerks, all the mongrel presenters who lie so convincingly. Pretty much everybody associated with Storesonline is in on the grief - even their lawyers. They would have to know. So would their accountants. They are all in on it - or turn a blind eye to how the money is made.

The fact that Storesonline have convinced so many people with their litany of lies shows the depth of the Storesonline scam.

However, none of it demands bloodshed.

I don't really know the answer. It seems like the US regulators are pathetically inept or pathetically slow. This would not happen in Australia if Storesonline was based here. They would be smashed very quickly. Pretty much the last time they came to Australia they were deported back to their Utah foxhole.

Nwadi of Cooper City, Florida is 100% correct - Storesonline commits fraud in broad daylight.

There has to be a legal answer somewhere but torturing and killing is definitely not the answer. If anybody is thinking about paying Storesonline a visit with this in mind - PLEASE think again. Sure, they got your money. That can be replaced. Committing violence means that they will then own your soul. DON'T do it.

Paul, although I very well understand the anger you feel towards Storesonline, I abhore violence of any kind. I feel there are far better ways to get one's money back than through a Pulp Fiction "as I walk through the valley of death" type intervention.

If you truly want suggestions on alternative methods for dealing with Storesonline, then I have a few.

First do what the people of Maine, Washington, Texas, San Mateo, CA, and Texas did and contact your Attorney General or State's Dept of Consumer Affairs, and do more than get a refund, change the rules of the game. Make them register as a business opportunity like Texas is doing, and add all sorts of warnings into the contracts SOL has one sign at their seminars. Make them add rights to rescind like CA did, not allow them to use relatives and paid shills as examples of success, make them clean up their instructional materials, etc, etc. Make them level the playing field, because as every person on this board knows already, if SOL is forced to play on a level field, they'll lose everytime. Now it's happening in Australia with consumer warnings issued in every territory and the ACCC freezing SOL's Australian assets and launching a federal investigation.

Second is to warn everyone you know and encourage them to do the same. You'd do this if some nasty new virus was plaguing the internet, why not do it when barbarians are pillaging the countryside? Email distribution lists and a good old fashioned chain letter are the perfect marriage for this. SOL is beginning to lose its ability to outrun the bad word of mouth it generates in every corner of the globe. Help spread the word. The internet is your bullhorn.

Third is to find out where SOL is conducting seminars and hand out informational materials that you believe conference attendees may be interested in reading before they decide to part with any money. Make sure that the material you provide is as fair and balanced as the material SOL provided you at the seminar. Of course, I'll leave that open to interpretation.

Fourth is to alert media outlets to SOL's presence in your area. There's nothing like a little balanced reporting to tilt the scales against SOL's ability to lure in the unexpecting. In fact, SOL blamed a large profit shortfall last quarter on media inquiries.

Fifth is to start your own website touting the injustices of this company. Storesoffline.com is one example (which was taken down by the publisher after he got his refund from SOL). Another more recent example is shouldibuyastore.com.

Sixth, sue them. Yes, you have the right to sue anyone you wish, so hire a lawyer and sue them. Simple as that. Just the threat of doing so may result in a refund (aka 'settlement'). SOL has a long history of settling out of court. Use this to your advantage.

So yes, Paul, there are nonviolent ways to strike back. They often take a little more time and persistence then simply chopping someone's fingers off, but can be far more productive (and less bloody) in the long run.

SOL is like a hydra, if you chop a head off, two grow in its place, and then you go to jail. No, I'm afraid that you can't kill a hydra, but the good news is you can starve one. How? By cutting off it's food supply.

Food supply?

That's folks like you and me.

These frauds aren't decent upstanding citizens by any means. They sat down and thought up a way to cheat as many Americans as possible out of their money. No, it wasn't just a few dozen victims. These crooks took their act on the road. Nationwide, there are probably thousands of victims. Tens of thousands.

They reserved presentation space in hotels all across the country. Then, they suckered in the local people with big promises about internet marketing riches.

Their phony scam didn't live up to even 5% of what was claimed. They basically took people's money and left them holding little or nothing in return. Read all the stories here for yourself.

So, you see, these people don't just stretch the truth a little or make a few innocent remarks that later turn out to be false. No, what they did was much, much more than that.

Their scam was devised as fraud. Many scams have a start in something financially sound. But, not these people. For them, it was 100% fraud right from the very beginning. They were simply out to cheat as many people out of as much money as possible.

Find me some good in these people, can you? Look at who they cheated. Pretty much anyone and everyone. Young. Old. Middle-class. Or dirt-poor. It never mattered to these crooks. Anyone with a little money or a credit card was a potential victim.

But, now you guys think they deserve some sympathy?

These frauds would gladly steal every last cent a family has and let their children sleep in the street while they starve.

And, you have sympathy for them?

These crooks will not stop. You will never shame them into doing what is right. They lack the emotional capacity to ever live a normal life. They are damaged goods. People who are devoid of any concern or compassion.

If they are alive and out walking around in society, they will continue to cheat, lie and steal from others. And, that's just what we are aware of. How many women have these people sexually assaulted? Let's face it, they take anything they want from society. Money. Drugs. Sex. Do you want these people out walking around preying on the elderly or the young and innocent? Your mothers? Your grandparents? Maybe your younger sisters or children?

What you're looking at here are parasites. Individuals with absolutely no redeeming values of any kind. Pure and simple.

You won't reform these people. You won't change their way of thinking. You will never get an honest apology from any of them.

They lack the emotional capacity for any of that.

Once you understand just who and what you're dealing with here, the decision becomes very simple, really.

How long does society have to put up with these individuals? The sooner you get rid of them, the better off the world will be.

All it really comes down to is who is going to do it. When? And how? And then, what will become of the remaining money?

Trust me, it won't take bikers. Or gang members. It'll be an ordinary, everyday guy who lost everything he had and simply snapped. These frauds play their victims for fools. They enrage people, day after day.

If anyone who comes here has some sympathy or human compassion to offer, save it all for the victims. Those are truly the only people who deserve your concern and understanding.

Storesonline Rip Off Merchants Need to Take Warnings Seriously

#28Consumer Comment

Sun, September 18, 2005

Hello Paul,

I agree with Wally from Australia. I don't condone violence against these mongrels - even though they may deserve it.

But here's the interesting thing - you do!

The world is made up of all sorts of people with all sorts of mindsets.

The Storesonline mindset is to rape and pillage.

What happens when Storesonline attracts the attention of the type of people that Paul suggests? What if the little old lady that they have just emptied the life savings from happens to have a son who is a criminal himself?

What if they are messing around with the families of gang members or bikies or militants? Huh?

Have you ever thought about that Storesonline? Well - have you?

Maybe you twits need to spend some of that money that you have ripped off from people and get yourself some protection around your building or your homes. That is how seriously you are affecting people with your never-ending thieving scams. Is it worth it?

Maybe Paul is doing you lot a favor by warning you that this is the depth of desperation that you are causing to innocent, trusting people. Why keep doing it? Quit while you are still ahead... or maybe while you still have a d**n head!

Just stop running you deceitful, filthy, lying scams and do something honest for a change.

In any event, one day you will be called before God to account for all the grief you have caused. I wouldn't want to be presenting your scorecard. No sir. I truly wouldn't.

I'll say no more Paul other than you're not the man I thought you were. You send your goons in to chop off a few digits then that victim sends his own goons after you and your family and do the same thing. Then your family retaliates and then so does his and before you know it you have a war. Not a very intelligent way to go over a few thousand dollars. I agree they should get their money back. I just don't think law abiding people should be encouraged to become criminals themselves which is exactly what you are advocating.

I can't see any other way for the victims to get their money back and the frauds to be stopped

#28Consumer Suggestion

Sat, September 17, 2005

Here's exactly why I advocate using violence.

It's very simple, really. It gets results. In fact, it's about the only method that does achieve any results.

What do fraud victims want? Well, first they expect their money back. And second, they want the frauds stopped before they can go on to cheat others.

My method achieves both of those expectations.

When you go over and torture the frauds, you end up actually getting your money back. The only way that you won't get your money is if they have already spent it all.

Plus, once you chop off a part or two, the frauds stop doing their scams. That's assuming they even live through the situation. They may go into shock and die right there.

Now, show me any other method that works like this. Because, I'd love to find a legal alternative to this.

Let's look at some of the other options, shall we?

What happens you go to the law enforcement agencies? They take your statement. They fill out forms about it. Then, that's it. As soon as they get a chance, maybe they send out a form letter asking the fraud to explain what happened.

Show me a situation where a law enforcement agency went in and actually got the victims money back. It doesn't happen. Maybe they take the frauds to court. Then, the crooks simply file bankruptcy. A month later, they are right back in business, under a new name.

What's that tell you? The system is impotent, at best. Nothing gets done. Nobody gets a refund. That's why we have so much fraud.

Do you want to read for yourself how the law enforcement community handles fraud? Google the grift of gab. The top listing is it. Read it for yourself.

In fact, I'll say this. I think this site is actually the most effective force the consumer has to combat fraud. It allows one victim to notify thousands, if not millions of other potential victims. And, in some cases, the frauds were actually scared into giving people their money back. This site, run by private individuals, probably does far more than all the law enforcement agencies combined!

What's that tell you? It sounds to me like we need better law enforcement in this country. Maybe then, there wouldn't be millions of crooks touting get-rich-quick schemes that never produce one red cent for the buyers.

Violence is not futile. Pain works as a motivator. Not only does it work, but it works well. Once you get the level of pain high enough, the crook forgets all about his drug needs and his lap dances and he gives your money back right there and then.

You know, the fraud can control the situation if they want to. Tell me, what do they think is going to happen to them? Five armed people walk into their office. They proceed to tie the fraud down to his desk. One of them gets out a hatchet and moves over to the bound person. Now, what the hell do you think is going to happen?

The fraud knows what this is all about. He knows he has been running a web site con. He may not know the names of the individual men, but he d**n well knows why they are there. They are victims. And, they want their money back.

You know, all the fraud has to say is OK, OK, I'll give your money back. Plus your expenses for coming all the way over here. Look, I got cash in my safe. Untie me so I can open it.

That's all they have to do. Then, they get to keep all their pieces.

The only way the ax actually gets used is when some crazy fool refuses to hand back the money. Then, he loses an arm or a leg. After that, the rest of the frauds see that they're next. But, the frauds can stop the whole thing anytime they want. All they have to do is return the money. So, don't cry to me about violence. The frauds have a way out. All they need to do is use some common sense and give back the money before they get hurt. Hell, the money doesn't belong to them in the first place! So, why are they willing to die to keep it?

When I lose my money to a fraudulent scheme, I want results. Simple as that. If the law enforcement agencies can't or won't get me results, then I'll need to do it for myself.

If you, or anyone reading this, can come up with any other method that will get the victim's money back and stop the frauds from doing it to others, please, post it here.

Because unless you have something better, I still say that these storesonline victims should go get their money back.

That is, if they actually want any results.

Paul,
I have read some extremely good comments from you but you tend to be advocating violence more and more. I also think Stores on Line are the scum of the earth but at the end of the day I don't comprehend why you would want to kill somebody over money. Sure they are conmen and women and deserve to be locked up but not punished in the way you are suggesting. The crime that you are describing is far worse than any that these two bit frauds from SOS have and are still perpetrating. Violence is futile - there is never a winner and certainly to suggest that anyone take anothers life because they have been defrauded of a few thousand dollars is insane.
Perhaps I am wrong but I shook my head when I read this latest suggestion from you. Stick to logical argument mate, you had a lot of credibility on this site until you started promoting violence.
The ACCC ( a government funded watchdog) took SOS to court and the Judge ruled that SOS had to declare to everyone at every seminar in Australia that they(SOS) were under investigation by the ACCC. I'm sure this hurt SOS more than the method you are suggesting.

Go over and get your money back. Yeah, you know what I mean. And, you know what you will need to do once you get a hold of the people.

Let me ask you something here.

If these storesonline frauds are found next month tortured and dismembered, who are the authorities going to blame for it?

Well, considering that these frauds ran phony seminars from coast to coast, it could be just about anybody, right? Hell, it could even be someone from another continent. They were running their scam in Australia too, as I remember.

So, who is going to end up getting blamed if one of them gets and arm or a leg chopped off? What about if an eye gets gouged out? Or, a leg bone gets snapped in two and the jagged edges come tearing out through the skin?

Huh? Who would be blamed for any of that?

Hell, it could be anybody! You never know. Or, maybe nobody. After all, once the cops see how these frauds stole from the public, maybe they'll just say that they got exactly what they deserved.

I know one thing for sure. It'll sure put an end to this web counseling nonsense. And, it'll sure make others in the fraud community sit up and take notice.

See, here's the thing. When you're running a scam like this, you never know where it will come from. Is it the Camero in the next lane? Or, the funky-looking dudes in the lowered SUV? Maybe a woman at the bar will be part of it? She invites the fraud back to her place. The guy's drooling at the mouth just thinking about the great time he's going to have. Of course, as soon as he walks through the door, it'll be lights out for good.

And, the fraud never knows what to expect either. How's it gonna be? Quick? A bullet to the back of the skull? Or, maybe an axe? Or a propane torch? You never know, really. There's always that feeling of dread. Uncertainty. Is today the day? Will something come right through the window glass? Or, will some guy walk up and do it face to face? Or, some woman? Everyone you meet could be the one that kills and tortures you.

You see, that's the thing with fraud. On the surface, it just looks like easy money from a bunch of dumbasses. But, if you put a little thought to it, you see that it's just a matter of time before some pissed off victim comes over and cancels your winning sweepstakes ticket permanently.

Once you put it in that light, the money doesn't look so great anymore, huh? I guess it all depends on just what your life is really worth.

I'll tell you one thing for sure. In the final minutes and seconds, all the crooks wish to god that they never got involved in the whole d**n thing. Can you image how they feel? Laying there, in pieces. They know they have less than a minute of life left. The pain. The agony. The wide-eyed fear. Facing death. Their final seconds of life. It's absolutely terrifying for them.

At a time like that, trust me, no amount of money is worth it!

If you don't want your web sites, give them to me. I've had nothing but positive treatment, and assistance from Stores-On-Line and all of their affilitiates. It's a lot of hard work, but any business is. They tell you up front, that in the beginning it's going to be work, but then isn't anything worth having worth working for?

Keep sharing your experiences because this helps other people from getting RIPPED OFF. I do read this site almost everyday and wanted to know the progress of the State of Texas suit, if there is any news? I contacted the State of Illinois to see what they were going to do and they will look into it. I wonder how much damage these complaints are doing to their bottom line (I hope they go bankrupt everything is over).

I too bought a package of sites from broward county seminar. Take the time to read the tutorials and it is not so hard to build the sites. They did not promise to do it for you without an extra charge. Building a business takes work whether it be an online one or regular one. We are so happy with our websites. For those that have given up, please sign them over to me.
