I was taken in like many others by the slick, professional presentations and, as they turned out, false promises at a seminar by StoresOnLine. The products do NOT do what they say they will and you soon find out that they charge extra for everything useful - when the fees are already extortionate.

The system they sell is difficult to use and support is almost non-existant. The "success" stories they show at the seminar are actually not even hosted by StoreonLine! It is also not so easy to find companies to work with you in such a venture (assuming you manage to get a viable website up and running with this product.)

I have started trying to get a refund, I sent a certified letter, but have been ignored so far. This report is my next step, after which I will file a complaint with the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Dept. I will continue to fight this company, doing whatever it takes to expose them, because they are preying on people who cannot afford such financial loss and it is wrong.

I am happy to report that StoresOnLine has resolved my issues with them to my satisfaction, and I no longer have any complaint about them.

FYI, for those of you trying to get refunds from credit card companies: it is all up to the discretion of the individual reviewing your case, whether or not they will give you a charge back - mine would not!
