The biggest ripoff I've ever seen. Lots of promises and very little support. We attended the initial seminar and paid $30 to go to the all day training. We then bought 3 websites.

We were called a few days later with promises that they would help us get started and spent another $8500. We were also promised that they would send people to our site until we made our money back.

So untrue, at the rate they are sending people to our site it will take 3 years for them to even reach the initial 12,000 hits. Of course we only have 1 year to get them, so I'm not sure how they are going to justify this. All the other services are very over priced. I have found many places that will host our site for much less money both initial and monthly dues.

I have also found banner services I can get for free. Now for customer service. I have a list of about 40 instances where they did not return our call or email. I'm still waiting on certain things to be fixed on our website. We have never gotten or 10th coaching session and cannot get anyone to call us back after multiple calls to them to set up this session.

The final kicker is the templates that they provide are not optimized for search engines, so no matter how well you follow all the instructions for securing high rankings on search engines, the design of the templates will prevent you from getting the top listings.

I plan on following the advice of many that have already submitted reports here and file complaints and anything else we can to stop others from being ripped off!

Any suggestions anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated.

I saw the message yesterday about Chuck Finney and my husband called yesterday to find out he is out until 6/20. Today my husband is going to send an email to Chuck.

Thanks for all your input. My husband and I are determined to stop StoresOnline from scamming anyone else.

Post your own Rip-off Report.

Hi,
If you read down a few posts you will see one titled CA residens call San Mateo DA., Chuck Finney.

It has his contact info. Call him asap.
He is working on getting Californian money refunded. And those of us that were unlucky enough to let them talk us into financing the program, he is trying to get our contracts cancelled, making our finance contracts null and void.

I never paid a single payment to those crooks, but they have my credit report and are holding it hostage, so I'll be delighted if the DA can really help us.

File with Bill Lockyer,AG and the FTC.
If you financed any portion of your contract, write a 100 word explanantion and have them attach it to your credit report at all 3 bureaus, show it as under dispute.
Good luck

Word is starting to really spread about these losers, we will get them if we all complain and take action.
