I was in hurry to leave their workshop but they wouldn't let me leave without signing a business with them. Maybe it was because I was only 19 at that time and they wanted to rip a young person.

They told me they would do everything for me and I just had to find a product but I couldn't find any product because no company would trust me in selling their products because I was a young one. So I tried calling stores online to see if they can refund my money and cancel the account but nope, they wouldn't. They hung up on me many times when I tried to talk to a manager there.

They got the money from a loan company and I gotta pay loan company every month. I stopped paying them becuase I couldn't simply afford anymore. Now, all the dues are piled up on my account and I can't do anything about it.
IF some one could please help me get my money back, I would thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Can't believe this company is still allowed to rip people off

Durga,

You will find the responses to another victim of StoresOnline here....

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff47922.htm

....very helpful.

They never do seem to go away though unless you settle it in court and some have successfully - I know of one personally that did. I got tricked by them in 1999 or 2000, can't remember which, and even still their little weasel collection company, Duvera, calls me on occasion. The one and only time I allowed myself to speak with Duvera the man yelled, and I do mean yelled, at me quote: "you were a stupid consumer who didn't investigate what you purchased" - I haven't allowed them to speak to me again. As we here all know, StoresOnline doesn't give you the "time" to investigate them, if they did they wouldn't be able to continue to rip people off.

See this article in today's NY Times http://www.nytimes.com/2004/08/27/technology/27spam.html?th, I hope StoresOnline was one of those caught in the sting, if not we should all report this so-called company to John Ashcroft and get them investigated and put out of business for good.

Good luck!
