There website guarantees qualified leads which means they are to ask customers certain questions such as do you have insurance? is your roof at least 5 years old? have you had any other roofing companies look at your roof already? They did not ask these questions. They sent us to appointments that did not have homeowners insurance, that had 1 year old foofs, that already had a signed contract with another roofer, and that said they told them they were not interested and do not send anyone out.out of 20 leads only 2 were good this is at $30 each.Do NOT use this company. If you feel the need to throw away your money then send it to me and I'll come by and give you a good kick in the n**s it will be the same result.

KeyPhase LLC cannot guarantee any of the leads we provide.  Unfortunately that is the nature of the beast.  We have no way to go out and see the homes themselves, or to inspect the damage ourselves.  We strictly go off of the information given to us at the time of the call.  Our services, which are used by several different companies accross the country are exteremely useful and the generate business for many companies when used properly.   Our job is to get the foot in the door and open up the dialagoue that can lead to a sale.  We cannot sell for you or gurantee that a sale will come from any telemarketed lead.

Personally, I have used leads and have great success with them, but it's all about how you approach them.  It is vital to understand that these people still need to be sold, and it's nothing more than a foot in the door and a reason to be there.  Once a sales person understands this than it becomes much much easier to convert these to sales.  If I can convert 25-30% of my leads to sales than I consider that a successful campaign.
