Complaint Review: Storm Guard Restoration

On February 26, 2016, I paid Erik Peterson at Storm Guard Restoration to make repairs to my roof and my mother's roof.  Repairs were made, but the next time it rained, both roofs leaked.  After repeated calls and emails, Mr Peterson finally returned on March 21 to check the problems and repeated repairs.  The repairs still did not work.

Although he promised to come out last week, Mr Peterson has once again failed to contact me about failed roof repairs.  It is now June 5^th; I have been trying since April 23^rd to get assistance with the roof leaks at my house and my mother’s. Water is now running from the light plug to puddle on the kitchen cabinets in my house.  Water is leaking from the ceiling fan at my mother’s house and the ceiling and floor are irreparably damaged.

I am an extremely unsatisfied customer.
