Had windows installed in residence approximately one (1) year ago. After a heavy storm I began noticing water damage, i.e. mold on the wood floors around the windows and drywall wet (so wet that upon touch it would fall apart). Further inspection revealed ALL the windows installed by "Storm Tight Window" were done improperly whereby causing well over $20,000.00 in damage to my residence.
Presently seeking assistance from Home Owners Insurance but will be looking to file a claim for loss/damages against this company.
Oh, and PS . . . Always be careful who you hire, but this company is notorious for NOT conducting background checks and hiring convicted felons. BE CAREFUL!!

If this is a REAL complaint why havent you called our offices, There would be no need to file with Insurance as Storm Tight Windows would take full responsibility(if this is true). If your truley a customer and not a competitor, why dont you call us???? Why dont you post who you are so the public knows you are a real client, or better yet we know so we could help you!!!! We suspect this is NOT a true complaint. WHen your the largest company, the small guys take jabs at you. Call the president of the company Lee Brown, he makes himself available to every single homeowner. In fact when you purchase the windows, His personal number is included in the packet. His email adress is lbrown@stormtightwindows.com if you would like to email him. We love the PS part you put in your complaint. Were probably one of the very few home improvement companies that has its very own HR departments that again does background checks on ALL employess. If you have a bone to pick with the company, may we suggest you dont make up a consumer complaint. Grow up and call Mr Brown directly. Oh i forgot your not actually a client.Email him. He only gives his personal number out to actual clients.
