Complaint Review: Stormvac Millinex Power Storm

Advertising on tv ordered 1 to get 1 free was sent 4 and charged for 4 (313.70) I returned 2 paying the shipping before using the product. I used product and found to be of poor quality and called to get reason code to return other 2 paid shipping on those items this was all during the month of March 2006.

Shipping on both returns was about 30.00 each also including 313.70. I have been calling number on invoice and have not been able to get an answer. Voice says call cannot be received from the phone that you are calling from. We need this money that this company has taken from me and my family. My son has allergies and I thought that this would be a good investment but the product is very poor quality.
