Complaint Review: StPaul MNseller sellingrequest.com drop-off-stores.com StPaulMNseller eBay Drop Off Stores ripoff!

eBay Drop Off Stores ripoff StPaul MNSeller posted items for sale on sellingrequest.com of which I checked out on Friday Oct 1st 2017 from this user StPaul MNSeller and found an item I wanted to buy. eBay Seller Hubcapjoes sent me over there and it was the worst buying experience I ever had in my life. I made a quick purchase with my credit card for said item number by the StPaul MNSeller  at their eBay Drop Off Stores when I gave my credit card and bought the wrong item this eBay seller refused to refund the purchase and allow me to re-buy the item from him. He stated he had to ship it out first, and I had to receive it in order to ship it back then get a refund.

I just told him to cancel the order and refund the card and he wouldn't. I wouldn't do any business with any Minnesota Drop off stores online, they are fraudulent and the people that usually run them are rude over the phone. I then called Hubcapjoes and asked him why his friend did that to me and he hung up too! Don't do business with any StPaul MNSeller on sellingrequest.com or on youtube. I had to report these people to eBay Inc for my refund and still haven't gotten it yet and I imagine I'll never see it. After I reported the Seller's user ID he removed himself from his youtube channel.
