To follow up my call this morning, I wanted to express how deeply troubled I am by your total lack of professionalism.
You refused to answer phone calls, return messages, or respond to emails. All with the eventual intent to steal my customers.
Congrats, it looks like they are going through your service to find a vehicle.
But did you really provide service to them? By making them pay 5 to 6 thousand dollars more for a truck I could have provided significantly cheaper?
And more importantly, did you consider how your underhanded slimy and deceitful tactics may effect Rounding Thirds other business relationships? ... You see I handle their day to day mechanical needs as well. You now have put "your customers" ability to keep their trucks running in jeopardy. I sure hope to God you have a good plan for these guys maintenance needs, I keep their trucks running. You just swoop in to steal a sale and then done with em.
Your business tactics are deplorable. Your communication skills are non-existent. You are thief, a liar, and a scoundrel. Your business ethics need to be seriously questioned, and I would suggest either and entire re-training for you or an outright dismissal.
Your failure to followup, and inability communicate has placed "your customers" future mechanical needs in jeopardy.
I know I am just a small time business man, and likely have no bearing on Strada's nor your future dealings. But I can assure you of this. As MyNextMotor, LLC continues to grow, and our buying power increases, we will never do business with Strada Capital because of how you royally screwed this up.
I truly hope you understand the ramifications of your actions.
