Signed up for dual internet access. Worked fine for 2 weeks. I have not been able to access internet since then. I have called and tried to cancel numerous times, have sent numerous emails, etc. The owner, Anthony, does not return phone calls, and he is the only one that can cancel your account supposedly.
They have billed me since July consistently, at anywhere from 13.00 per month to 26.00 per month, and I have had no service in months. I did try initially to work out why the 2nd modem was not connecting to them, but they state it is on my end. That is impossible, as I have another dual-dialup account with another company, and I access them each and eery day with 2 modems without a problem.
The last time I have spoken with this company was today, 11/14/2003. The man who answered the phone said that he could cancel my account for me, put me on hold, and disconnected me. When I tried to call back, I kept getting answering machines. I did leave a message that I would be stopping payment and contacting the Better Business Bureau, and left my phone numnber, but nobody has called me back.

I would appreciate your help in getting this resolved. It is not about the money, I just want the account cancelled so they cannot bill me again, and a credit to my credit card for 50.00.

The mistake had come from a billing issue back in September. Please note your account is cancelled, and all refunds have been placed back to your account.
