Straight Talk Customer Service STRAIGHT TALK CUSTOMER SERVICE - Does Anyone There Speak or Understand ENGLISH ??? Miami, Florida

Straight Talk customer service = speaking to someone in a "call center" that doesn't speak or understand "fluent" English. What ever happened to the time when you called a customer service number, and you actually spoke to someone that was an "American", that could assist you with no language barriers ??

When you call these people at Straight Talk, they are very difficult to understand, and they don't understand plain English. Imagine that. I am a "true" American, and I have to try to talk to someone that I cannot understand, while sitting in my home, in my "American" country.... This "outsourcing" crap by all of these companies needs to stop. If they weren't so cheap about paying people, we could talk to English speaking people when we called a customer service number for assistance.

The bottom line here is, "Straight Talk offers good service, quality phones, and great calling plans, but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.."

Final Grade for Straight Talk Customer Service = "F"  ....

You are an idiot and as for name calling and insulting people, you are the king of that. Sleeping through english class?, highly unlikely. Your the idiot who can only sit behind your computer screen and insult people and complain about their proper english. I am far from an 11 year old boy buddy. I also bet your the "American" , in quotations because your NOT!, who stands for the rights of everybody but Americans. As far as returning to answer your stupid pathetic rants that you accused her of, I will not waste another precious second of my American life arguing with a punk like you. Later LOSER!!!!!

I haven't heard anyone call me Nestor the molestor since I was in 6th grade.  I must therefore assume you are either 11 years old, or have the mentality that is less than or equal to that of an 11-year old.  Either way, it doesn't look good for you, does it?  Please, don't resort to name calling to try and rebuttal our responses.  It doesn't accomplish hurting our feelings, nor does it validate your initial assertions.

If you're going to accuse me of being affiliated with the company, I suggest you present some evidence to back that up.

Like I said before, Straight Talk is a prepaid mobile phone service that you're free to leave at anytime.  If for whatever reason you are not happy with the service they provide, kindly conduct your business elsewhere.  This website is not intended for consumers to rant about what language they feel someone should be speaking.  And in the end, this is all this post is - a rant.  If I were affiliated with the company, I would not feel the need to defend against baseless, absurd, childish whining and complaining.

P.S.
I am American, and it doesn't have quotations.  Please don't waste precious tax dollars by sleeping your way through your English classes.  I say that for the benefit of our society.  This is not a place to discuss these matters, however, so I will stop right there.

Thank you for your time.

you two are total idiots, just because you are college educated and Nestor the molestor is assumingly not "American" does not mean you are intelligent as proven by your sarcastic rebuttals. Apparently you have no life skills either or you wouldn't be scanning ripoff for people to insult, and by the way she is right, I too am sick and tired of dealing with people from other countries that are taught only the basic responses while the company ignores their customers and collects their money. You two ignoramuses are probably the owners of the company and should be locked up for ripping people off!

#8Consumer Suggestion

Fri, December 24, 2010

As Brandon has already states, this is a place to file cases in which the consumer has been "ripped-off", not to overstate your nationality and your ideas of grandeur. Please understand that being American doesn't mean that the heavens will open up for you, and people will line up the red carpet for you to walk on.

Straight Talk is a prepaid company where you can leave at any time, and even port your number with someone else. If their customer service representatives don't meet your standards (or delusions), then I would advice you seek a company elsewhere. Don't blindly buy some service for a cheap, and complain that your measly $30-$45/month aren't getting you excellent service. My final suggestion to you is that you either seek service elsewhere and get use to paying real money, or get an education so that you understand more than your tiny little English vocabulary.

By the way, if Brandon's choice of words are beyond your comprehension, then perhaps it's your English that you should be more concerned about, American.

You're absolutely correct, Doc. I do all of my writing with a dictionary in one hand, and a monocle in the other. Just like Mr. Peanut.

It has served me very well through two years of law school.

I am very aware that this is not a "sounding board"... Their customer service "sucks" when it comes to trying to track an order that you have placed, and furthermore, some people will need to use the customer service if they have a problem with the phone or if they have a problem with replenishing the minutes on their phone..

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and you have also stated yours, and that's fine, but it seems to me that you are the kind of person that uses "big" words that you probably don't understand in the first place, and had to look them up in the dictionary to find out the meaning of them, before you posted this rebuttal.

This website, entitled "Ripoff Report," is designed for consumers to report, well, ripoffs. It is not the place for vaguely xenophobic waxing of your American exceptionalism beliefs. If you don't like the customer service, switch to a different carrier. Of course, you like everything else about the company, according to your review.

How often do you need to call for customer service on a prepaid cellular phone, anyway?
