Have been with straight talk for a few years now and have had to contact them about my service end dates falling on a weekend or holiday and my service not being approved because the banks are closed and payment is pending even though the funds are always approved when a normal business day begins.  This has happended alot.  On 7/21/2015 I went online and entered a new billing credit card but could not remove the old one.  I contacted them that same day and was informed that they would remove the old card from their computer.  billing cycle 7/28/2015 rolled around and they tried to bill my old credit card and DUH, it was declined.  I contacted them 7/28/2015 by phone (land line-as my cell phone was turned off) and after about 1 1/2 hours of trying to resolve the problem, I am still without phone usage.  They said there was no entry in their computer of me ever contacting them about this issue last week.  Here is the other problem.  Whenever I contact straight talk, I am talking with a representative who is in the Phillipines.  Never the USA.  I don't know if people are having the same problem with other providers but this guy is going to seek out another company.
