Complaint Review: STRAIGHT TALK

STRAIGHT TALK TRACK PHONE did not provide me service after already paid my for my service card and activated it which left me withno phone and my Job requires phone so I lost a days wages and they called me a liar defaced my Miami, Florida

Well I added my service card which is good for one month but when I tried to use it I had no service and I know I added my service card because the automated machine said it was but it wasn't and I have to have a phone where I work as it is part of my job. I tried all night but they do not provide a tech support 24 hrs so I had to wait till they opened the next morning to get my phone fixed and that's when the representative called me a Liar and defaced my character and everything I stand for and believe in not to mention said they do not like Texans in which I am a Texan. Now they are still calling me a liar but what gets me is they are calling me now and I am not contacting them they are calling me and I even spent over 4 hrs on a Sunday because they called me about this but they didn't want to solve a problem they were just adding fuel to the fire by allowing another rep call me a liar and this has been going on since Nov. 10
