Complaint Review: Straight Talk/Tracphone

I have been with Straight Talk for just over 4 months. In that time i have been continuously lied to. I have changed the phone and still get slower than dialup service, missed phone calls, a clock that loses 6 hours several times a day, & dropped internet. When calling customer service I rarely can speak with a superviser and always get a guatemalan or philllipino call center. They claim they cant transfer me to a US based center or the office in Miami.Cheap phones, cheap service, worthless customer service, and all backed by Walmart's money.
