A:purchased a $30 plan with 1000 mins
B: reset phones minute counter
C:used 700 mins as per phones minute counter
D:phone stopped working stated "not enough money on account"
E: called customer service no one available
f: emailed customer service no reply  for 3 days
G: called customer service again no one available
H: Purchased an unlimited plan phone worked again
I: customer service finally calls me back 3 days later stating they are unable to view the usage because i already refilled the account. i offer to send them copys of my phone logs along with call counter they state it would mean nothing. HOW CONvenient.
J: now that i think about it anytime i used a $30 plan its been light on the minutes

NEVER BY MINUTE PLANS ONLY UNLIMITED ONES This is a bargain phone service u get what u pay for
