Straight Talk Worst Company Of All Time
I signed up for the service from Straight Talk Wireless, and I ordered a phone from them online. I am unable to download any apps. I have been on the phone with at least 20 people, and no one can solve the problem. They won't talk to me, unless I have another phone to call from. They also won't replace a defective phone, unless I send the other phone back first.
The people there speak poor English, and it's hard to communicate with some of them. This is a horrible company! When you ask to speak to a supervisor, it takes forever!
This is the worst company of all time!

I finally found someone who helped me out, but it took a bunch of tries. Many of the people there don't speak very good English.
