Credit Card Fraud. Two Charges of $19.95 in December 2003. Have contacted bank and attorney. California Resident here.

I think this deception began with an infomercial selling StraightToTheMaxx Hair Straightening System (purchase was made over the phone) Somehow my C.C.# must have been shared!

By the way, I returned this hair product (made hair fall out/didn't straighten hair) and company is still billing me. I noticed something similar in these two company's names: MWI*HOMEWORKS PLUS888-394-6 AND HOT*STTM HAIRCARE 866-694-8 Both names have this odd ASTERISK which makes me think they are related.
