Straight2you Big ripoff from day one! Hyde Park New York and California
I signed up for Straight2you in May 2003, they charged my credit card on May 20 for $13.00 (even thought the first month was suppose to be free), then on June 1 for $13.00, July 1 for $13.00, July 26 for $23.00, July 31 for $13.00, August 31 for $13.00, September 28 for $13.00.
The extra charge in July, the free first month etc. I called and called and e-mailed and e-mailed these people about it and finally got a response back from "Anthony" (that never seems to be available ) that they would credit my card back the $23.00 from July but he did not say anything about the free month.
I still to this day have never received that $23.00 credit or free first month, I cancelled my service with them on October 14, 2003 and in November on the 14th a charge for $599.40 showed up. I CAN'T BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE NERVE. I called my credit card company and turned them in to the fraud department.

where in CA? Do you have any info on the company name in Ca? my bank account is now being charged for the same amount as port washingtons debit but under a different address, Canoga Park Ca but it has no other infor such as the name of company. I have no idea how to find out because the thieves at Stright2you wont answer the phones any more.
