Ok first of all when I signed up I signed up to the residential ISDN which was 29.95 a month they charged me 49.95 the WHOLE time, I never knew until the other day. Second of all, my service was out for the longest, and I called, and I called, and I called, they would say stuff like THE TECHNICIANS ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON IT -- WE HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR PHONE COMPANY SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ISDN LINE -- WE ARE UPGRADING OUR SYSTEM, AS SOON AS WE ARE DONE UPGRADING YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONNECT.

Yes, makes you wonder how many excuses these scammers can come up with? Well to continue my story, I finally got pissed and called to cancel my account with Straight2You. After I cancelledd I thought everything would go on like normal. WRONG!

I happened to check the money in my account and I knew there was at least 200 bucks that should have been there that wasn't, so of course I went to my bank and asked them to print out my transactions. There they was STILL charging me EVEN after I cancelled 49.95! NOT ONLY was that a load of crap, but in the month of october they charged me 3 times!

Who in the fu** do these people think they are? I know who I am, I'm a guy that they shouldn't have fu**** because If they don't refund my money they will be going to court. Let them see how it feels when someone takes money from them.

You are right I did upgrade my system and forget my account information, I called, asked for help, did not get it like always and then that is WHEN I GOT PISSED AND CANCELD MY SERVICE. As far as you looking at todays logs, saying I even logged in to file this report, you guys are scammers and there is enough people on here to prove that, I have two internet services, on being AOL *for work*, another being waverly.net *cheap backup ISDN account*, and I used AOL to file this report, so I have said it once and I will say it again you guys are not but liars. As far as the whole bank thing goes, you got me charged for 3 months in October, 49.95 *only suppose to be charged 29.95, makes it even worse* I got my transactions right here with me, if anyone reading this besides you I'll be more then happy to fax you proof of this fraud billing ISP. And am I sure I got the right people? Considering I took my transactions back to the bank, showed them the 49.95, and they called you, hmmm, I just wonder how I could have the wrong ISP? Gee? As far as you trying to blame the phone company and *line noise*, I have another RELIABLE ISDN account that I used the whole time you guys was charging me without service, so I think we all know who the liars and the bad ISP is. You have alread pissed me off to talk with a lawyer, our next step is contacting all the others on here you have did this to. BUH BYE!

Mr. Lampley,

You never cancelled your account, as a matter of fact sir, you dialed into our service this evening.

You also called us last week to have your password reset because you "rebuilt" your system and was not sure what your password was. If anyone is reading this besides you, I'll be more then happy to provide the phone conversation to you. It'd be my pleasure. The phone conversation is also time and date stamped so it cannot be tampered with.

After looking at todays logs, I show that you logged into our system to even file this report, as well as emails both in and outbound.

Also, I spoke to your bank in the middle of writing this, and there has never been a charge from us other then your normal fee. Are you sure you have the right people?

ISDN Service is not like dialup. With ISDN, there are 2 pieces of the pie, One is with your phone company who provides you with the digital signal. If there is line noise, it can cause the data to be corrupted thus not allowing you online, or for errors to occur.

Simply stated, this report is not one bit accurate.
