 I contracted with Strategic Limousine Services (SLS) to take me, my wife and daughter to LA Music Center and return, pickup at 1 pm, Saturday May 17, 2014 (Confirmation #15841). The limo didn't show and there was no phone call from the driver. At 1:20 we called a taxi. We also took a taxi home. The SLS representative contacted by phone on Saurday said the matter would be investigated. On Sunday, Monday and today the SLS phone went to voice mail. No one home. Are they out of business? Retired on my $282.24 full deposit which MasterCard paid on Monday depsite my call to dispute the charge.

 I have received and apology, explanation and promise of a refund of the credit card payment plus 4 free hours of limo service from SLS.
