Complaint Review: Strategic Tax Resolutions

Strategic Tax Resolutions wants you to "trust" them. Do not trust them. I repeat: Do not trust STR. They are thieves. They do not know or understand the IRS. Period. They will not listen to you. They will take your money first. They will gather every bit of information on you, about you, and against you. They will lead you to believe that they will solve your problems. They will only make it worse.

STR cannot negotiate with the IRS. Nobody can. It's all a lie. You cannot get a settlement with the IRS because they do not negotiate. Period. The worse thing anybody can do is engage one of these TV advertised, or internet outfits like STR, that promise to help you with the IRS.
The best thing to do is hire a CPA for about one tenth the cost of STR. Period. You probably don't need a lawyer, until you have to go after STR for a refund.

STR is a thieving outfit. Do not trust them to help you. They will only take your money. The crap they sent me was so bad. Even the envelope was torn open. They are cheap thieves.

Last, if you have had the misfortune of being suckered in by STR, like I was, please file a claim against them in small claims court, which is what I am attempting to do now myself.
