The guy who works under the name "Strategic Wireless" is a criminal. I don't have his name and his address. He just puts his phone number in Phoenix (602) 909-4440 and in Tucson (520) 444-7711 and his email address onto his flyers.

This is how he will cheat you:

on his flyers he advertizes a $ 120 "signing bonus for using your existing cell phone"

He actually puts this onto the contract (he used an "AllTell" contract form when he came to our house in order to sign me up for "Voicestream"). First you are not going to put attention to the fact that he writes the $ 120 bonus onto the upper edge if you don't know his trick.

You see that it is in the contract and you sign. Then, while the guy talks to you and you are distracted, he will pull out the "copy" but your "copy" is not going to show the main feature of the contract, because it is on the upper part of the whole thing (which he keeps).

If you call the phone company they are going to tell you that they never heard anything of a "signing bonus" and that this is something between you and him but they don't have anything to do with it. If you try to reach the guy, you will have the privilege to leave a voicemail but he is not going to return your call.
