these poeple lead me to believe that at any time i could cancel my contiued education if i followed the rules and gave them enough notice well my career changed dramatically shortly after singing on.

I was offered a career with a large financial institution,so iproceeded to follow the outlined instructions to no avail
Now i have to try and contact three seperate companies in Quebec that are very elusive They don,t have a web site,they did not give out a 1 800# All they gave me was a reference#
a very short address and a very threating letter
another thing that i found strange was the fact that the CERTIFIED cheque was to be made out to a Brian Howard "in trust"
