This Co. tries to  scare Timeshare Owners that they telemarket, into thinking that if the solicited Owner does not convert their Weeks-based Ownership of Timeshare into the Points-based system that they are selling,  the Owner will suffer dramatic Maintenance Fee increases because of not paying the extra thousands of dollars it cost to convert into points. (It's the same Maintenance Fee -whether it's Points or Weeks) 

I had briefly worked for the Stratoforce Co. (that is located in the Island One/Club Navigo Building)  last Summer, and I did not pitch heat, but I heard almost everyone else saying that over the phones. Personally,I feel that for some , the Points program has some benefit, and doesn't need to be lied about, but Salespeople have quotas to meet, or they lose their jobs.

The other employees that were using these tactics received the best leads because of their practices, too.

Besides  that, any future employee thinking about working there should know that even after you wait there mandatory 6 months  to get your Reserve Fund back, they will mess you around for a long time before you get it back; IF you do get it back. I am still waiting for mine. They told me that it's under Review, and it could be another 1-2 months and that there are 4 people in front of me to be reviewed first.

First of all, this is BS; they wait until the recission period is past, before they even pay you your commision - so why the Reserve Fund in the first place?!

I would strongly recommend not doing business with this Co. and certainly not working for them.
