went to Strax rejuvenation for a facelift advised then that within the same year I had a double neck fusion which caused me traumaI had the procedure done and there was no bedside manner whatsoever I was treated like garbage and brushed off with every question I had they had me go back to get my stitches out after two weeks and the staples and I was very sore and very nervous and one of the girls there said to me what's there to be nervous about you aren't nervous when you got the procedure done why should you be nervous about this but meanwhile I was sore and scared and when they started taking the stitches out I believe it was too soon it was the most excruciating pain on the planet the girl was not sympathetic and somebody else came in and said stop crying its not that bad is the doctor on call if my face was going to change any further because there were no changes after paying all that money my face looks the same if not worse and he brush me off and said stop looking in the mirror I've been trying to get an appointment with the surgeon who performed my surgery and he never seems to be available I had an appointment with him and called the day before to make sure he would be there because I was taking some time off from work once again and I went for my appointment and my surgeon was not there once again and the same doctor that brush me off came in and brush me off again I'm paying $7,500 I see no results whatsoever and I went through all that pain and I feel traumatized once again

Hi,I read your report about Strax and your Facelift Surgery and it made no sense,it read as if a 10 year old had this procedure because you were so scared,you cried etc.Did you do this when you had the Cervical Surgery?
Ive been to Strax 4 times and have always been impressed,no they are not there to hold your hand or sit by your bedside.If you want this type of treatment then there are Doctors who perform this procedure for double or triple the price,you paid very little in comparison to Boca Plastic Surgeons.
Sure stitches hurt even if you wait a month but have to be remove otherwise the body will grow skin and attach to it,now thats painful.I just read a Surgeons Blog stating they should be removed in 1 week,its not the stitches your concern should be about but the skill and expertise your Surgeon had and Im sure he is more than qualified from my past experiences.Why would you need to contact the Doctor 2 weeks later because of the stitches?These Professionals are extremely busy,bruising is normal and the stitch used.As long as no undue tension and used 5.0 or smaller sutures whats the problem?
It has been 6 Months now since you posted your complaint and I would bet you look better than expected so dont throw Strax under the Bus,like the Nirse said "You have nothing to worry about?grow up and enjoy your new face.
