I contacted Strayer University in 2015, seeking to transfer credits from University of Phoenix. Strayer University, accepted my transcripts from University of Phoenix. However, during enrolment it was determined I utulized all financial aid from FSA. Strayer University, advised in order to attend classes I would be required to seek personal finance through loans or out of pocket source. I decided to not enter into enrolment with Strayer University, I contacted the enrolment office and was told that there was nothing that could be done I had been accepted to begin classes which I replied that I have never agreed to nor have signed into classes. After several attempts to contact instructor following directions of enrolment office, in order to be removed from class was cancelled. Days afterwards, I received a call from Strayer University claiming I was past due balance for signing up for classes and no participations. Strayer University, has been reporting my balance to credit monitoring agencies.
